  2. Your request enters the approval queue after verification, not before.
  3. Once approved, you can upload up to 5 studies per day and 20 in total.

  • X-Raydar is provided exclusively for academic research and non-clinical evaluation.
  • You are responsible for removing all patient-identifiable information from DICOM files before uploading.
  • Uploaded imaging files are stored only to support processing and report review, and are removed when deleted by the user or by retention cleanup.
  • Access is subject to approval and fair-use limits due to limited GPU resources.

About this Notice
This notice explains how we collect, store, use and share your personal data. The University of Warwick is committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).

What we collect
When creating an account, we require your name, work email address and affiliation. We process your data under 'task in the public interest' (Article 6, GDPR). We will not contact you for any purpose other than research.

Data processing
The University of Warwick is the Data Controller. Registration data is retained for account administration. Imaging data is stored only to support processing and report review, then removed when deleted by the user or by retention cleanup.

Data sharing
None of your registration information will be shared with third parties or published.

Security
Your data is kept secure using physical and technical measures. All research projects involving personal data are approved by a research ethics committee.

Retention
Registration details are kept for two years. Uploaded imaging data is deleted after four weeks.

Your rights
Under GDPR/DPA 2018 you may: access your data, correct mistakes, request erasure, restrict processing, or object to processing. Contact infocompliance@warwick.ac.uk.
